Tomorrow's the day! Last night Stanthorpe had the lowest night time temperature in Queensland at -4. Here, it was quite warm at 3 degrees last night. Daytime temps were higher about 17-18 but the wind chill factor made it feel a lot colder, so much so that it felt like breathing in ground glass and ending up with a brain freeze.
However, I had my writers' group last night and gave my new jacket a trial run...it did very well so along with the extra layers, I should be right at Stanthorpe. Think of me tomorrow on the train...wine tasting, dining and just relaxing and watching the world whizz by. Can't wait...
