I'm Soooooo Confused...

I need help - and badly. You see, I decided to open another blog called "From Oscar's Chair" and when I went to view the profiles, I've got Oscar's and he's got mine! I assure you, I am not a cat and Oscar would probably be extremely offended to think you thought he was me. Now you see why I'm confused. Try as I might, I cannot get the profiles onto the right blog. Is there anyone who can save me from this dilemma??! All this HTML business is waaaay above my head. Oh well, it will probably save a few brain cells from decaying. I'd like to think so, anyway.

Remember the other day I was having problems with my lack of pay? Well, I contacted the guy responsible and guess what? He had forgotten to pay me! Yep, that's right, he had forgotten. He was most apologetic and actioned it immediately, as he should. Fortunately, I did not get a fee on my bounced car payment as I thought I would. I rang the bank and they very kindly reversed the payment for me (rather than dishonouring it) and when I rang the finance company, they put the payment date back so I wouldn't be charged a late fee. Wasn't that nice? It restored my faith in finance businesses, well marginally, anyway.

I've had the blahs today. It happens once or twice a year where I get so that I'm mildly depressed, don't want to do anything and get quite cranky about the smallest things. I really don't know why, but the only way for me to get over it is to hide away for the day and just get over it. I tried doing some work from home. Bad move. When I logged onto the website, to my dismay, it was the worst doctor for dictation in the client base. He is an obstetrician and speaks very quickly, slurs his words, waffles on and changes his mind every second sentence. AAAAARGH!!!! It took me two hours to do six letters for him, that's how bad it was and of course, I was not in the mood to put up with it today so I probably did worse than usual.

I'm feeling a bit peckish but as I can't be bothered cooking, I'm just going to have macaroni cheese for dinner. Oooh, just on the news tonight, a big protest in the city over the Lebanese/Israeli conflict. No, apparently the protests are in the major cities throughout Australia as well. So sad, the whole thing.

Apparently it's supposed to rain over the weekend. Yeah, right. It will rain alright, but only along the coast. The dams are situated about 50 km or so inland and they are getting very low.

On that note, I shall sign off...to get another glass of wine (heh heh).

PS: After I'd closed this and went back in to read it on the blog site, I saw that my profile was OK. (Throw my hands up in the air.) It beats me!
