Getting Better

Thank you all so much for your warm thoughts and caring wishes. Good news...I've been having physio so that plus anti inflammatories are doing the trick. Slowly and gradually I'm becoming more mobile, thank heavens.

I've been getting thoroughly fed up with myself and haven't been nice to be around at all. Just as well you didn't have to put up with that...grin.

Still, it shouldn't be long now...a couple of more sessions of physio...and I'll be back to normal, or whatever passes for normal in my case...

Once again, thank you all so much for thinking of me. I'll be back soon. Enjoy your weekend.

Hugs to you all.

Robyn,
Glad to hear that you are on the mend and will soon be able to sit on your butt and plink away on the keyboard for lengthy periods of time. ;-)

Whatever caused you to cramp up like that, it's good to hear that you're somewhat better.

With the therapy I'm sure you'll be as good as 'new' once again soon.

What is physio? I have never heard of that before!!
I just hope whatever it is that you are getting better. It is ugly getting old and having these STUPID things happen to you..I hate it and i know you do too.

That's good that you feel better ! Since I do yoga (not the spiritual one but the gymnastic) once a week I am not so rusty anymore as I was before. I always hated sport, but these are slow exercises which you think you don't do anything but I tell you it's efficient ! And my back which hurt doesn't hurt anymore either.

Its good to hear you are one the mend.
Physio is great tyo get the bits working properly and how long it takes also depends on how cute the person helping you is.
The cuter the longer it takes ;)

Take the time you need and try to relaxe as much as you can.
I'm sure you will soon recover back to the "old" you.
